Nothing touches a teacher’s heart more than hearing from a former student. ♥️ We received the following note yesterday from an 11-year old Red Oak alumni (names edited), who was happy to have her message shared:
“Hi! My name is [E] and I am eleven years old.
“As a three-year-old in the year of 2011, I first came to Red Oak and left as a five-year-old in 2013.
“I don’t know if any of my teachers still work there. I have very fond memories of everyone. I had Mrs. [T] and Mrs. [C]. They prepared me very well for kindergarten and the years beyond.
“My brother [S] started at Red Oak in 2014 and loved it as much as I did.
“Through the years I have always wanted to get back in touch with you guys but never got around to it. And then I came across your website. It brought tears to my eyes seeing that cozy, friendly classroom. I hope that you understand how much this school impacted my life. I would love to hear from you.
