Summer 2015 School Work Day

On Sunday afternoon Red Oak staff, board memebrs and families teamed up for a major interior and exterior cleaning of the school. There are still a few small projects to be finished, but we are all happy with all the work that was completed. We removed three trailers worth of trash and debris, mowed and weeded the lawns, pruned the trees and perennials, installed a new exterior chalkboard, and raked up more acorns and leaves than we thought possible! Here are a few sneak peeks at the exterior- you’ll have to wait until the first day of school to check out this year’s classroom!

Thanks to all the families and board and staff members who pitched in on this project. Our amazing school community is what makes this all possible! Don’t forget to check out (and pass on!) our Wish List for an up-to-date list of sought-after items. Thanks again, everyone!
